Get in touch with Thai Fertility Path

Behind this site is a small editorial team, and we read every email. Writing to us is the easiest way to get in touch.

Ways we can help

  • Something looks wrong. Let us know which page, and if you can, link to the clinic's own page with the up-to-date details. The correction form works too.
  • Adding a fertility clinic. Clinics can be put forward through our submission form. It costs nothing, though we cannot promise every clinic a place.
  • How we work. You may find your answer on our method page before you write.

Where we cannot help

We are not able to offer medical advice, suggest a doctor for your circumstances or arrange appointments, so please speak to the clinic directly about your treatment. If you need urgent help, call 1669, Thailand's emergency medical services number, or go to the closest hospital emergency department.

How long a reply may take

We are a small team and read every message ourselves, so please allow a few working days for an answer. If your question is about a treatment cycle that is already booked, the clinic's patient coordinator will be able to help you much sooner than we can.

Telling us about a mistake

It helps most if you share the page you were reading, the detail that looks out of date, and a link to the clinic's own website or an official notice that shows the current information. We cannot rely on patient forums, social media or reviews, but we will check any official source you send and update the page, including its date, once we have confirmed it. Our method page explains which sources we use.

Your privacy when you write

There is no need to tell us about your own health or fertility history to ask a question or report an error. We use your email address only to reply, as our privacy policy explains.
