The rules for using Thai Fertility Path, in plain language. Using the site means you accept them.
Who we are and what this covers
These terms apply to everyone who uses the site, alongside our privacy policy, cookies page and medical disclaimer.
The service
We offer free, independent information about fertility clinics, IVF, egg freezing and women's health services in Thailand: comparisons built from clinics' own published information, and general explainers of common procedures.
We are not a clinic, a medical tourism agent or a surrogacy agency. We do not book appointments, take payments, match patients with donors or act for any clinic.
Your part
When using the site, please:
- use the information for your own research, and confirm anything important with the clinic
- not reproduce our comparisons or explainers in bulk, or present them as your own, without permission
- not run automated tools that copy the site at scale or put strain on it
- not attempt to gain unauthorised access to, or disrupt, the site
- send only truthful clinic submissions, and only for a clinic you represent or are entitled to describe
Clinic submissions
By sending a submission, a clinic or its representative confirms that the details are accurate and may be published. We check every submission against the clinic's own website and decide on our own criteria whether to list it. We can edit, decline or remove a listing at any time, and we never charge for a listing.
No payments from clinics
Our comparisons are not for sale. We take no payment for placement and no affiliate, referral or commission fees from clinics or agencies we link to.
Ownership of content
Our text and design are original and belong to us. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the page.
Clinic and hospital names, logos and trade marks belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the clinic described, not to suggest any connection with us. Photographs are licensed from Pexels and belong to their photographers.
Links
Links to clinics and other websites are provided so you can check information at the source. We are not responsible for those websites, what they say, or how they handle your data.
The information comes without a guarantee
We check our sources carefully, but clinics change their services, doctors, prices and policies, and laws on assisted reproduction can change. The site is provided free and as it stands, without any promise that it is error-free, complete, current or always available.
Liability
As far as the law permits, we are not liable for loss or expense resulting from reliance on the site, such as treatment costs, travel, or the outcome of any treatment. Clinics are solely responsible for the care they provide.
This does not exclude liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud, and it does not affect your rights as a consumer.
Updates
We may change these terms. When we do, we will update the date shown above, and the new terms apply from then on.
Law and disputes
Thai law governs these terms, and disputes will be heard by the courts of Thailand, without taking away any mandatory protection you have under the law where you live. Contact hello@thaifertilitypath.com with any questions.
