The Fertility Center sits on the 3rd floor of Building B and assesses both partners before recommending IUI, IVF or ICSI. Testicular sperm extraction with ICSI is available when a man has blocked ducts or cannot ejaculate normally, and a diagnostic laparoscopy can check for endometriosis or tubal blockage. The centre describes its own fertility laboratory, with a team that includes embryologists.

One floor down, the Women's Health Center brings together specialists in reproductive medicine, maternal-fetal medicine, minimally invasive surgery and gynaecologic oncology, and manages higher-risk pregnancies with neonatologists. The 300-bed hospital opened in 1990 and reports JCI accreditation since 2009.

The hospital says roughly 40% of its patients are international, and it offers interpreters in more than 20 languages, help with insurance and liaison with embassies. Neither the fertility nor the women's health pages publish prices.

IVF and Fertility Clinics

Couples who have been trying for a year without success are encouraged to come in for assessment. The centre tests both partners and then offers IUI, IVF or ICSI. Where a man has blocked ducts or problems with ejaculation, sperm can be retrieved surgically (TESE) and used for ICSI, and diagnostic laparoscopy helps find causes such as endometriosis or blocked tubes.

Embryology is handled in the centre's own laboratory, which it says meets international standards. If treatment succeeds, the same hospital's maternal-fetal medicine specialists, trained nurses and NICU can take over pregnancy, birth and newborn care.

Egg and embryo freezing, genetic testing of embryos and prices are not covered on the centre's page. It may suit couples living along the Eastern Seaboard who would like fertility treatment and maternity care under one roof.

Worth confirming: The centre is closed on Mondays and Sundays and says nothing about freezing or embryo testing; ask about both, about the cost, and whether Thai law permits your treatment.

Women's Health and OB-GYN Services

The Women's Health Center, on the 2nd floor of Building B, groups subspecialists in reproductive medicine, maternal-fetal medicine, minimally invasive surgery and gynaecologic oncology. Some procedures can be booked for after 19:00.

Pregnancy care runs from the early weeks to delivery, with risk assessment, lab tests, and ultrasound in 2D and 4D. Where a pregnancy involves twins, pre-eclampsia, high blood pressure, diabetes, or kidney or heart disease, care is shared with neonatologists. On the gynaecology side are screening for cervical, ovarian and breast cancer, colposcopy, digital mammography, cancer surgery, menopause care including bone density scans, and laparoscopic treatment of cysts, fibroids and endometriosis.

There are no published packages or prices. Women in Pattaya facing a complicated pregnancy or a gynaecological condition may value having several subspecialists in one place.
