The egg freezing clinics we cover across Thailand in one place, with their storage terms, who they accept and what to plan for if you live abroad. Programmes, doctors and package prices can change, so please confirm them with each clinic before you plan treatment.
Egg-freezing programmes cluster in Bangkok; in other cities, check that freezing is offered before you travel.
Freezing and later using your eggs are two separate steps, and Thai law may treat them differently.
If you might use your eggs in another country, ask about export now rather than after they are frozen.
Plan your budget in three stages: the freezing cycle, storage each year, and the treatment that uses the eggs.
How we built this page for you
Everything here comes from what each clinic says about egg freezing clinics in Thailand on its own website; if we could not trace a claim to a source, we left it out. The order is not a judgement of quality, and no clinic paid to be included. These are the points we looked for:
Eggs are frozen by vitrification and stored at –196°C. The hospital presents the service to three groups: women not yet ready to start a family, women with conditions such as SLE or endometriosis that can hasten the loss of eggs, and women about to have chemotherapy, radiotherapy or ovarian surgery.
The published process begins with a consultation and examination, followed by stimulation injections starting on roughly day 2 or 3 of the menstrual cycle, three or four monitoring appointments, an egg collection lasting about 30 minutes, and then freezing in the lab. Frozen eggs could in principle be stored indefinitely, but the hospital recommends using them within 10 years, and it states they are later fertilised with the legal spouse's sperm.
Bookings, questions and teleconsultations go through the contact centre. Neither a package price nor a storage fee is given.

Women travelling to Bangkok to freeze their eggs can see the cost broken down before they book. Stimulation (Package A) is 138,000 baht and includes 10 days of medication, three scans and three appointments with the doctor. Collection and freezing (Package F) is 126,500 baht and covers the doctor's and anaesthetist's fees on the day, theatre and recovery rooms, supplies and the freezing itself. Together they come to an estimated 264,500 baht.
Storage is billed on top, at 1,300 baht per vial for each year. General blood tests, X-rays, medicine to take home, additional diagnostic tests and any hospital, doctor or nursing fees not listed are excluded. These prices apply to fly-in patients and run until 31 December 2026.
The centre encourages anyone thinking of having children later to talk through egg or sperm freezing with its specialists, and it is open every day of the week.

At Samitivej, egg freezing falls under the Fertility Center's fertility preservation service, along with embryo and sperm freezing. Because the same centre provides IVF and genetic screening, frozen eggs can later be used without moving clinics.
Women for whom conventional stimulation may not be suitable, such as those with PCOS, can ask about IVM, where immature eggs are collected and matured in the laboratory. The hospital's article on IVM explains that freezing eggs or embryos can be needed while the lining of the womb is being readied.
When checked, the website showed no egg-freezing package, storage fee or storage period, and the centre's page does not say who can use the service. It suits women already weighing treatment at Samitivej who would like freezing as part of the same plan, and the centre is open early until late every day.

Egg freezing at Phyathai 2 is done by the same fertility team and embryo lab that handle its IVF cycles. The centre points out that both the number and quality of eggs drop with age, particularly after 35, and suggests women in that bracket seek advice sooner.
The steps mirror the hospital's IVF pathway. You have hormone injections for roughly eight to ten days while scans and blood tests track progress. Collection is done vaginally, with you either sedated or under general anaesthetic, and takes around 20 to 30 minutes.
There is no published package, storage fee or rule on who can freeze. Women who would rather freeze within a general hospital, with English-speaking staff on hand, may find it suits them.
Superior A.R.T. publishes a clear price for egg freezing. Its ELITE Egg Freezing Package costs THB 185,000 (THB 259,000 at standard price) for one cycle and covers doctor visits during stimulation, blood and hormone tests, scans, standard medication, the trigger injection, retrieval and its doctor fee, post-retrieval medicines, and freezing of every egg retrieved plus three years' storage. Bought separately, freezing costs a one-off THB 20,000 for up to 10 samples, plus THB 2,500 per sample per year.
The process involves 8–12 days of injections, collection under light anaesthesia, then vitrification at –196°C, with the active phase taking two to three weeks. The clinic presents it for women not yet ready for children or without a partner, before cancer treatment, and for women whose ovarian reserve is low or whose family has a history of early menopause. It notes no strict legal age limit but points to 28–35 as the practical window.

Jetanin vitrifies eggs and keeps them in liquid nitrogen at –196°C. Its list of who might freeze is broad: women about to have cancer treatment or another therapy that could harm fertility, those with early menopause in the family, those with ovarian issues such as endometriotic cysts or past surgery, and women who simply are not ready for a child yet. Freezing is also used during IVF if sperm cannot be obtained on egg-collection day.
The hospital reports a baby born from eggs that had been stored for ten years. It cites ISO 9001, ISO 15189, JCI and RTAC for its embryology lab and Thai and ESHRE certification for its embryologists, while noting that age and egg quality shape the result.
There is no published package price, storage fee or storage term, and nothing on whether unmarried women are accepted.

SAFE states that single women may freeze their eggs for non-medical reasons regardless of marital status, and the package is available at all five of its branches. Eggs are vitrified and kept in liquid nitrogen at –196°C in an ISO-certified facility with 24-hour monitoring. Besides planned freezing, particularly after 35, the group lists it before chemotherapy, radiotherapy or ovarian surgery, for inherited conditions that can affect the ovaries (Turner syndrome and Fragile X are the examples given), and for egg donation where the law allows.
Expect a timeline much like the first half of IVF: bloods and a scan, around 8–10 days of injections and two or three check-up scans, then collection. The brochure includes four monitoring visits, stimulation and trigger drugs, anaesthesia for retrieval and storage for up to 20 eggs during the first year. After that year, storage is charged at THB 10,000 a year per cycle.
SAFE encourages freezing sooner rather than later and says eggs can stay in storage indefinitely.

Egg freezing at Beyond IVF sits within a wider fertility preservation service that also freezes embryos and sperm, and it is open to patients about to start cancer treatment and to transgender patients.
Two different price layouts are published. One page quotes egg freezing from 100,000 baht, including a health check, stimulation, collection and freezing. The dedicated egg-freezing page splits it in two: from 35,000 baht for stimulation drugs, scans and follow-ups, and from 44,000 baht for collection and freezing. Storage then costs 2,000 baht for each egg every year.
Since storage is charged egg by egg, freezing more eggs means a higher annual bill, which matters when setting this against clinics that price storage per vial or per batch. Before committing, you can book a free nurse consultation to ask questions.

At First Fertility PGS Center, freezing your eggs follows the first half of an IVF cycle. You take the same hormone stimulation, the eggs are collected while you are sedated, and they are then frozen to use later.
The clinic names planning around a career or studies, and cancer treatment, as typical reasons women come to it. What the page does not cover is just as important: there is no package price, no storage fee, no storage period and no statement on who can take part.
Because the clinic's focus is IVF with embryo screening, freezing here makes most sense if you would want to come back and use the eggs for ICSI at the same place. Overseas patients get the same personal-assistant and multilingual support as the IVF programme, but you will need to ask for every cost up front.

Egg banking is listed with sperm and embryo freezing, and the clinic presents keeping them frozen long term as a choice open to fertile and infertile people alike. Beyond that, its pages give no egg-freezing programme, no eligibility rules, no package and no storage fees.
Monitoring and egg collection would take place at the same clinic that runs its IVF cycles, in its cleanroom collection rooms and under its stated RTAC accreditation. Opening every day can make the repeated scans of a stimulation cycle easier to fit around a job.
With so little detail online, treat the clinic's listing as a prompt for questions rather than a defined offer. Women in northern Thailand who would prefer not to travel to Bangkok for each scan may want to ask.

Women in Phuket can complete the whole egg-freezing cycle at this branch, from monitoring to collection, rather than travelling to Bangkok. SAFE says single women may freeze eggs for social reasons with no restriction on marital status, and the eggs are preserved by vitrification.
The brochure for the package includes four monitoring appointments (blood tests and scans), the stimulation, suppression and trigger medicines, egg retrieval under anaesthesia and storage of up to 20 eggs for the first year. After that, storage costs THB 10,000 per cycle per year, and there is no cap on how many eggs that covers.
The cost of the package is not given anywhere online, so budget for a call or message to the branch before you commit. Ask, too, where the eggs will physically be kept once the first year is over.

If you live in Pattaya or elsewhere in Chonburi, this branch lets you attend monitoring appointments for egg freezing near home. SAFE says single women can freeze eggs for non-medical reasons whatever their marital status, and it uses vitrification.
According to the package brochure, you receive four monitoring appointments (blood tests and scans), the stimulation, suppression and trigger medicines, egg collection under anaesthesia and storage of up to 20 eggs in year one. From year two the charge is THB 10,000 per cycle annually, and that fee is not capped by egg count.
There is no published price for the package itself. Because the group's RTAC mark does not extend to this branch, ask how the Sriracha laboratory is accredited and where your eggs will be kept long term.

Freezing your eggs means going through the injections and egg collection of an IVF cycle, then storing the eggs unfertilised for a time you may or may not need them. Because they could sit in a Thai clinic's freezer for many years, the storage contract and the rules on moving eggs abroad deserve as much attention as the price of the cycle.
Stored eggs keep an option open; they do not promise a baby. This guide helps you set clinics side by side on equal terms. Whether freezing makes sense for you, and how many rounds to plan, are questions for a fertility specialist.
Can you freeze here, and use the eggs later?
In its current form, Thailand's law on assisted reproduction (the Protection of Children Born from Assisted Reproductive Technologies Act B.E. 2558, passed in 2015) restricts treatment to legally married couples. Clinics differ on whether they will freeze eggs for single women, and creating embryos from those eggs in future is covered by the same Act.
In July 2026 a revised bill went out to public consultation. Reports say it would widen access to same-sex spouses and let eggs, sperm and embryos leave the country once a committee approves, but it had not become law when this guide was written. Get each clinic's answer in writing on two points: whether you can freeze with them, and under what terms you could later use the eggs in Thailand or another country.
Your age at freezing
Your age on the day the eggs are frozen is the main thing that shapes how useful they will be later. ASRM says egg freezing generally gives better results in the 20s and early 30s and is not commonly recommended after 38. It also cautions that having eggs in storage can make some people feel safer than they are and put off trying for longer.
ESHRE's guideline on female fertility preservation deals with both medical reasons, such as cancer treatment, and freezing because fertility declines with age.
Numbers to keep in mind
Egg numbers vary between people and between cycles. According to the HFEA, most patients under 38 have about 7 to 14 eggs collected per cycle, and people with a low ovarian reserve may not reach collection at all. Reaching the total a specialist recommends can take more than one round.
ASRM estimates that each frozen egg has roughly a 2 to 12 per cent chance of resulting in a baby, lower the older you were at freezing. Using the eggs later means thawing them and fertilising by ICSI, which is a separate IVF cycle with its own fees.
Inside the freezing lab
Unfertilised eggs are harder to freeze well than embryos, and the HFEA reports that vitrification, a rapid technique, works better than slow cooling. Ask which one the lab uses, how many eggs typically come through the thaw, and how eggs in storage are labelled, watched and protected if a tank or power supply fails.
Budgeting for three stages
ASRM suggests thinking about cost in three stages: the freezing cycle itself, yearly storage, and the eventual thaw, fertilisation and transfer. Many packages cover only the first stage, sometimes with an initial spell of storage, so get all three priced on paper.
Drugs for stimulation, and what extra doses would cost
Monitoring scans, the collection procedure and anaesthetic
Freezing, plus the number of storage years included
The yearly storage charge afterwards, and whether it can go up
Thaw, ICSI and transfer costs when you come to use the eggs
If you may take your eggs home
Plan any future move before the eggs are frozen. Sending eggs out of Thailand is controlled by regulation, and under the 2026 draft a committee would need to approve each export. Ask what is needed now, who arranges transport in specialist containers, and whether the clinic and country receiving them will take them.
The HFEA notes that a regulator in your home country cannot step in over problems with treatment abroad. Hold on to your own paperwork, showing the number of eggs stored and the freezing method used, and find out how complaints are handled.
The storage contract
Storage limits and conditions depend on the country and the clinic. In the UK, eggs may be kept for up to 55 years, with consent renewed every 10 years, and the HFEA urges patients to keep their contact details current. Thai clinics set their own terms, so check rather than assume.
Ask for the written storage agreement up front. It should state the maximum storage period, how and when fees are charged, how reminders are sent, what happens if you fall behind or cannot be found, and your choices when storage ends: using the eggs, donating them where the law allows, or allowing them to be discarded.
Questions worth asking the clinic
As a single woman, or as a married couple, can I freeze eggs with you, and could I use them here later?
Given my age and results, how many eggs or rounds do you suggest aiming for, and on what basis?
Which freezing method does your lab use, and how many eggs typically survive thawing?
How are stored eggs monitored, and what happens if a tank or the power fails?
Can you set out the cost of the cycle on paper, drugs and scans included?
How many storage years does the package include, and what is the yearly charge after that?
Could the storage charge rise, and how will you remind me when it is due?
If you cannot contact me or a payment is missed, what happens to my eggs?
What is involved in shipping my eggs abroad, and who organises it?
Roughly what will the thaw, ICSI and transfer cost when I come to use them?
Things to be wary of
Describing frozen eggs as a sure route to a future pregnancy.
A target egg number offered before your age and test results have been considered.
No storage contract on paper, or one that is silent on what happens when storage ends.
Only the first year's storage fee given, with no word on later years.
Hesitant or vague answers on whether Thai law lets you freeze, or later use, your eggs.
No clear account of how stored eggs are protected if equipment fails.
I live abroad. Does freezing my eggs in Thailand make sense?
It can, but think about how you would use them. You could return to the same clinic, or try to move the eggs to a clinic at home. Export from Thailand is regulated, and the 2026 draft would require a committee's approval, so ask what today's rules require and whether a clinic in your country could receive them.
Will my frozen eggs definitely give me a baby later?
Sadly, no one can promise that. Stored eggs keep an option open; how useful they turn out to be depends above all on your age when they were frozen. A fertility specialist can help you weigh what freezing could realistically offer you.
What should my storage agreement say?
Ask for it in writing before you start. It should explain how long your eggs can be kept, how you will be billed and reminded, what happens if the clinic loses touch with you or a payment is missed, and what your choices are at the end.
Could the law change for egg freezing?
A revised bill went out for consultation in July 2026 and, as reported, would widen access to married same-sex couples and allow export of eggs with committee approval. It is still a draft, so check with your clinic which rules apply when you freeze.
